Every super-human in this universe has been had a direct connection to something or someone in my life or they are a direct representation of some part of my own personality.

This list gives some insight as to what those connections are. It’s a very personal list that I never thought I’d be ready to share, but my hope is that in sharing some things about myself, others will be more open to do the same and if someone is dealing with a similar situation, they’ll understand that they’re not alone.

We are always changing, learning, and growing, but with that comes feelings of unease and the misunderstanding that no one else could ever understand what you’re going through. But that’s not true - even if it’s not me, I hope this shows you that someone knows what you’re going through. The hardest time to be alone is when you’re alone in the dark, so know now that you’re never alone, no matter how far the light seems.

Life can change in an instant, without warning, for the better or for the worse. How do you deal with it. And when have your efforts to regain that control gone a little too far.

At times, it is easy to feel like you don’t belong - just because you’re a little different. People may make you feel as if you’re an outcast based on your looks or your beliefs. What do you do when that happens? Do you run away and sulk? Do you ignore it, knowing that they’re wrong? Or do you show them just how different you are? It can be tempting to take what you know and use it against those who don’t quite understand what it means to be different. Is it okay to turn their own thoughts against them to protect your future and the futures of those like you? On the other end, is it okay to run and hide creating the idea that they can get away with it moving forward?
